Tip: Fishtail gouges in german speaking countries

The here recommended fishtail gouges are called
"Blumeneisen"
in german speaking countries like Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc.
This would translate as "Flower Irons" into english.
I initally had some problems finding those fishtail gouges until I checked the whole product lines from the manufacturers
