Tiki Totem Carving

Here is a link to a guy (Uncle Cys Woodshop) doing a Tiki Totem carving in one sitting.  Is it still called a sitting if he is standing?


I watch his videos when they come out.  (I probably spend way too much time watching you tube.)

Those tools he is using are Master Carver tools - Chinese made, Woodcarver's Supply sells them for a very reasonable price. They don't come real sharp, aren't very shiny and pretty, but they hold a good edge.
