I love the abstract. Do you plan on applying a finish?

At the moment I'm trying to find out how to apply a bees wax and how to prepare it, wondering if its a mixture and warmed. Any ideas?

 

No, I think I'll leave as is. It's just my first swing at carving something. If I were to finish, Linseed Oil is my go to finish.
