The Calla Lilies turned out great! You were able to get some nice shape in very shallow relief.
I don't have a lot of "feather" carvings, but the Barn Owl lessons show the method I use, and also the Cherub. But I think the Barn Owl is more precise. The Cherub lesson the feathers were almost an afterthought because the majority of that carving was the cherub's face.
