Hi
I noticed your using a raised portable hold down bench on top of your bench. Is that a better height for you.
I only ask because I used to be a member & have watched many of your videos. Are you Ok? Bob
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your concern! But all is good. I just bought myself a new present is all. And yes, it appears my eyesight is changing, and I seem to need to get closer to my work – especially the tiny details. Just adjusting 🙂
Hi Mary,
I love this design so much that I have used it 4 times. I carved it in Black Walnut on the front of a curved- front box I am making, then I carved it in Red Oak on the front of another curved- front box I plan to make. I wanted to practice doing it again, so I carved on two antique Spanish Stools that I restored and refinished. Carving adds a really nice dimension to working with wood. Thanks so much. John Cook
You’re very welcome!! Glad you’re having fun!
